We began by restructuring the site around the patient journey rather than a traditional product catalog. The experience was designed to guide users from understanding their symptoms to starting treatment, simplifying how telehealth consultations and prescription products are presented.
Next, we redesigned the UX and UI to balance medical credibility with an approachable, stigma-free tone. The new design emphasizes clear explanations, transparent treatment options, and a structured flow that helps users understand how the consultation, prescription, and delivery process works.
Finally, we developed the new website in WordPress, creating a flexible and scalable ecommerce foundation. The platform allows the Bummed team to manage treatments, educational content, and marketing initiatives efficiently while supporting future product expansion.
