As Intiza continued growing its automated invoicing and collections platform, the experience became increasingly difficult to navigate. Operational workflows grew more complex, key actions required additional steps, and the platform no longer matched the speed at which users needed to operate on a daily basis.
The challenge was to simplify the experience without sacrificing functionality or scalability. The platform needed to support a growing user base, improve operational efficiency, and create a clearer experience capable of handling increasingly complex financial workflows.

Based on these insights, we restructured the platform experience to create clearer navigation patterns, more efficient workflows, and better information visibility across the product.
