Gran DT is not just another digital product. It is one of Argentina’s most iconic fantasy football experiences, with a long history, a massive user base, and a community that engages with it emotionally every week.

The challenge was to modernize the full experience without breaking the habits, identity, and sense of familiarity that made the product so successful. The redesign needed to improve usability, support new monetization opportunities, and give Grupo Clarín a stronger, more scalable platform for the future.

We worked closely with Grupo Clarín’s team to rethink the Gran DT experience end to end, from onboarding to team management and premium access. The goal was not only to redesign screens, but to improve how users move through the product.

Key flows were redesigned around clarity, speed, and engagement, including account creation, team setup, player transfers, and pin purchases for premium access. Each interaction was structured to feel simple and familiar while making the overall experience more fluid and motivating.

Throughout the process, product, design, and business decisions were aligned to protect the essence of Gran DT while creating a more modern, scalable, and monetizable digital experience.
