BIND identified a growing gap between the complexity of corporate banking operations and the usability of existing digital platforms. Corporate clients needed faster access to information, clearer workflows, and a banking experience capable of more efficiently supporting their daily financial operations.
The challenge went beyond a visual redesign. The platform had to support multiple operational scenarios, improve workflow transparency, and create a more structured experience, capable of adapting to the evolving expectations of modern corporate banking users.
Our process
Designing a corporate banking platform based on real operational flows and long-term scalability.
We began by working closely with BIND’s corporate clients to understand how their teams interact with the platform for daily financial operations, approvals, reporting, and decision-making processes.
These findings revealed the need for a clearer and more scalable operational experience, capable of simplifying complex workflows without sacrificing depth or flexibility. Based on this research, we began redesigning the platform around structured navigation patterns, modular components, and more intuitive operational flows.
Through rapid prototyping, continuous testing, and iterative collaboration with stakeholders, the platform evolved into a more cohesive and scalable corporate banking experience, aligned with both immediate usability improvements and the future evolution of the product.
