Transforming highly manual event staffing operations into a scalable digital workflow.

EATS2SEATS was created to simplify staffing operations for concession stands across sporting events, concerts, and large venues through a mobile platform. However, many of the company’s internal processes still depended heavily on manual coordination, fragmented communication, and operational overhead.

The challenge was not only to improve the platform experience, but to rethink how onboarding, staff management, attendance tracking, and event coordination could operate more efficiently at scale. The business needed a more structured and automated operational foundation capable of supporting growth across increasingly complex event environments.

Our process

Rebuilding staffing operations around automation, mobility, and operational efficiency.

We worked closely with the EATS2SEATS team to analyze operational bottlenecks, administrative workflows, and event management processes. Through strategic workshops and collaborative planning sessions, we identified opportunities to reduce manual work and centralize operations into a more scalable platform experience.

The solution focused on three core areas: improving onboarding, simplifying internal administration, and optimizing staff coordination during live events.

We redesigned the onboarding experience through a new website, streamlined operational management with automated attendance tracking and payment workflows, and developed a mobile application that allows staff members to receive event notifications, manage assignments, confirm participation, and interact with the platform in real time.

The goal was to create a more connected operational ecosystem capable of improving efficiency across the entire staffing lifecycle.
