Capriotti’s, one of the fastest-growing QSR chains in the United States, was entering a new stage of growth after acquiring Wing Zone and relaunching the brand with a refreshed identity and new operational technologies.

The challenge was to modernize the digital presence of both brands while balancing two competing needs: creating differentiated brand experiences for distinct customer audiences and maintaining a shared technology ecosystem capable of supporting scalability and operational efficiency.

The platforms needed to emphasize product discovery, support engagement, improve performance, and create a stronger digital foundation for future growth initiatives across both brands.

Our process

The platform architecture was built around a headless CMS approach optimized for scalability, fast load times, and future digital evolution. This enabled the teams to operate more efficiently while creating flexible foundations for future initiatives.

From an experience perspective, each brand was designed around its own product identity and customer behavior patterns. Capriotti’s focused on showcasing its signature sandwiches and menu customization flows, while Wing Zone emphasized speed, boldness, and simplified ordering interactions tailored to wing-based products.

Specialized interactive features were also developed to support product exploration and ordering decisions, improving usability and engagement across both experiences.
