The main challenge was to build something compelling, different and eye-catching in a saturated and exclusive market such as fashion.
To understand how the owner´s vision will fit into the context of the market, we organized a week of survey and strategic planning activities, where we managed to frame the product’s positioning. We established its differentiation with the rest of the market, the story that it would tell for potential customers, and a series of functionalities and flows.
And that at the same time, it will be presented as a distribution channel for clothing brands, with the benefit of personalized recommendation.
