But it’s not just about high-quality products at an affordable price. Usual also has a social aspect, utilizing protected workshops and taking extreme care of the environment in the manufacturing of their products, while also bringing ocular health closer to people without resources.
Our challenge was to build a website that accurately reflects everything the brand represents.
We got involved with the brand throughout the entire process to understand their approach, and we conducted strategy sessions together to identify insights and pain points they had with their previous website.
After several ideas and sketches, we arrived at a clean design in which we reorganized the information structure, giving equal importance to the product and the brand’s social values.
